We had a good weekend.
I got to spend some time with my mom at a Mother Daughter Brunch at church. The wonderful ladies that put the brunch did an amazing job. It was so great to be able to do something like that with my mom again. She looked amazing and was completely her typical stubborn self and as much as it worries me sometimes it was also great to see.
After this photo was taken Bryan got to go spend some one on one time Grampa H. I have to admit I was very nervous about it because Bryan has been pretty clingy and difficult lately. But they had a great time together.
And at the same time the boys had their first football game. I felt a little guilty not being there but they didn't seem to mind too much and I made sure that both of our cameras were charged so Tom could take plenty of photos of their first Flag Football game. Not sure if we have an future hall of famers on our hands but I think they definitely had fun.
Then we spent the rest of the weekend outside. Bryan went all Saturday without a nap just having fun playing outside. But then he slept for almost 5 hours Sunday. But man does he love to be outside. If he doesn't decide to start walking all the time we're going to have to get some knee pads or he'll ruin every pair of pants he has. :)
Sounds like lots of fun! How old is Brian? My littlest is 16 months old. I was very glad he finally got the hang of walking at 14 months, just in time for being outside! I have two others, but they are 14 and 10, and the middle is my girl. :)
