Birthday Bust

Bryan's 3rd birthday was Saturday and what he got for his birthday was SICK!

He spent almost the entire day sleeping. He drank a tiny bit and ate nothing. So we held off celebrating until Sunday. He was up more, despite a slight fever that was still hanging on. I made his favorite, Mac N Cheese for dinner and he ate a fair amount. But then we brought out this chocolate-chocolate cake. He smiled and blew out the candles but that was it. He didn't even taste his cake.

We were supposed to go to Chuck E Cheese for his birthday which didn't happen either. Hopefully, we'll be able to go next weekend but my poor lil guy's 3rd birthday was a total BUST!

That is a bummer that he was sick! Hope he feels better soon! But to look on the bright side, at least he is young enough that he likely will not even remember not getting to celebrate on his birthday. :)
