DIY Mini Pizzas

Want a fun meal your kids will enjoy making?

We love these little mini pizzas.  They are so easy and offer a ton of flexibility. On this particular evening I had found some mini pepperonis and that was all I had energy for but you could have a whole buffet of toppings to really have some fun with it.

Start with your english muffins split and ready on a cookie sheet.

Add your sauce, I used Ragu spaghetti sauce and yes you can taste the difference from regular pizza sauce, but it was what we had on hand.

Add your toppings.  We do ours under the cheese because I use a LOT of cheese so it's hard to keep any toppings on top of the cheese.

Cover to taste with cheese. Again I only used mozzarella this night but you can easily spice it up for more flavor.

Bake at 450 for 7-9 minutes, until golden brown.  Let cool for a minute and enjoy!

Hopefully your kids will enjoy eating them as much as they will making them.
