Motivation Monday #Mamavation

Last week was another stressful week for me.  But I managed to stay well within my points all week and then splurged just a bit on dinner Friday night.  I worried that doing so right before Saturday morning weigh in might make my numbers look less than impressive but sometimes you just have to enjoy life.  (My big splurge was the most amazing fried rice from Tsukasa but to balance it out I ate cooked broccoli and zucchini which I NEVER eat.)  Saturday morning though, I was pleasantly surprise with a 2.6lb loss.  Maybe I walked off more calories than I realized while 'window shopping.'
I'm still struggling a bit with figuring out how to fit in my workout with our new spring/summer sports schedule. But I got up early one morning to get to the gym and just need to do that more often.  This week is another SUPER busy week.  But because I LOVE a challenge, I decided to take on Mamavation's 2 week challenge.  So today I will be doing the first day of the beginner challenge workout.  It's not too late to join me....
