Daily Challenge, Guest Post

Today's post is from Caitlin from SouthernSAHM.com.
I met Caitlin on my trip to Stouffers.  She is a total sweetheart and an impressive web designer.  Check out her blog to see what I mean.  While you're there check out her reviews and giveaways, and my favorite, her daily LOLs.
I'd like to talk a little bit about one of my resolutions this year. Like most, I made a health and weight loss resolution. Cliché, right? I've had my moments with some not-so-healthy stuff, but I've been eating better than I have in years. It's not only good for me and my hubby, but I know that it will have a positive effect on Brandon, too. So, with this, I would like to invite all of my friends, family, and readers to become a part of my Daily Challenge team, brought to you by MeYou Health -- Southern Stay-at-Home Momma's new partner!

Personal well-being is so important, but it can sometimes feel overwhelming to tackle those big health hurdles. Yeah, you know what I'm talking about! And I'm not only talking about your physical health -- don't worry, I'm not going to ask you to do push-ups, haha.
Daily Challenge is the online well-being program that tries to improve health one small action at a time. Sign-up is quick and easy with an existing Facebook account, and it’s free to join. You'll receive an e-mail every morning -- in it, there will be a small health challenge that you can try and complete that day. Once you complete the challenge, click ‘Done’ and you’ll be able to share how you completed the challenge, connect to friends, encourage others, earn points and stamps, receive your well-being score, and lots more! But don't worry -- you can always "Pass" that day's challenge if it's not for you or if you run out of time. :)
And it’s not just about exercising or eating salads. Daily Challenge gives you a variety of simple ideas for living better, including quick cardio, strengthening self-esteem, conquering clutter, mindful meals, stress relief, money matters, sound sleep, and so much more! It will, hopefully, make the journey to well-being both interesting and fun!
I can't wait until you guys join my team! It'll be one huge well-being support group, so lets earn points and stamps together! Just click HERE to sign up. :) I signed up with my Facebook account -- it only took 5 minutes. I was a member of their community for about 15 minutes before I was hooked!

  1. Thank you for allowing me to guest post on your blog, I keep up with it all the time (and wish I could find some strength like you have to achieve my weight loss goals)! -- so glad we met up at Stouffer's!

    1. Aw thanks. I really don't know that I'd have gotten started if it hadn't been starting to prevent me from doing things I'd wanted to. I was just too unhealthy and it was holding me back.

Thanks for leaving me a comment!!
