My GQ men.

In response to my last post, I was asked if my boys give me trouble about their clothes. And really they don't for the most part. They still let me dress them in the matching stuff when I want and the rest of the time I usually let them pick out their clothes. I just let them know if they need to be in nice clothes or play clothes. They know the difference and usually do fine putting stuff together. But I also have very basic wardrobes for them. Like I said, for me shopping for boys clothes is a necessity thing for me. They might need winter stuff or shorts or what not but very rarely am I stuck by a pair of camouflage pants that are just too cute to pass up :) And I don' t think I've ever bought anything they didn't like or weren't fine with wearing. They either have no sense of style yet or at least my oldest I think is just developing a style that is based on what I'd like to see him in. I know...it won't last but for now its nice. In the future all I will ask is that the crotch of his pants lands above his knees!!

  1. You are so lucky...& I am jealous! I just wanted one that didn't give me grief over their clothing. I have good style too. Hmmm. I hear ya on the crotch thing. That bothers my husband so badly...being that he is around it at the High school all the time.

  2. Sorry, I could lie and say they're horrible...if it'd make you feel better! :)
Honestly I'm suprised they aren't more demanding but they are pretty easy going about all that stuff. They have hair styles they want to have but even with that when we try and it doesn't work they won't care. They both have buzz cuts again and are fine with it.

  3. I used to love dressing my boys alike - they stopped going for it about four years ago :( Boys are much easier to dress than girls for sure, not as fun, but much easier. Ds-13 is just now starting to develop some sense of style, thankfully it does not include the gangsta look.

  4. I am at the point where I ask if the crotch of his pants falls above his knees. I am constantly nagging my oldest to put a belt on. My youngest if finally starting to get an opinion on the things he wants to wear. They don't do too bad though.

  5. My boys have their own style and rarly let me dress them anymore. I do match them for Easter and Christmas though, which my hubby hates!!

  6. Two of my boys are still small enough that the dont care what they wear. My oldest has never been a problem either. the only "style" he has that gives me grief is his hair....ugh! But you gotta let them live a little.
