Delicious...or Creepy?

This photo just popped up in my email as a cake available from a national ice cream store. Does anyone think this looks like a good dessert option?? I don't think I could eat it no matter how tasty it MIGHT be!

Interesting lol. I think I could make this on Thanksgiving and everyone would chow it down, and give me props!
