It's a Sad Day

I've always know it would happen...someday.  I know many of my friends have already experienced it.  But it came out of nowhere.  And it totally ruined my day!

Can you see it?? One lonely gray hair.  I just hope it doesn't invite too many of its friends over any time soon.

  5. I think my first one was back in hs. I've been coloring for so long I don't even know what my natural color is.

  6. I know this day is coming for me soon... and I'm actually surprised it hasn't already. I'm not ready to be a grown-up yet!

Thanks so much for joining us for Friendly Friday, have a great weekend!

  7. Oh man, I hate when that happens! Every once-in-awhile that happens to me. I seem to pull them out. I realize that one day I may be bald! Luckily it rarely happens (so far).
Following you here and on FB!

  8. Just look @ it as a Badge of distinction! (And a good excuse to get hi-lites!) LOL.....

  9. I found my first I think a year ago. And then not a single one until a few months later. And maybe one more since then. So hopefully it continues to happen that slowly for both of us! =)

  10. And *that* is the very reason that my hair dresser and I are so close. Love the hi-lites! Welcome to my club.

  12. Oy vey. My first gray hair invited the whole family. I have to color my hair every 4 weeks to stay as brunette as I can. :)

Hope your gray hair's family lives really far away and doesn't join in for a long time!

  16. I get gray hairs all the time, luckily only 1-2 at a time.

  17. I remember that sad day when I got my first. Now, if I do not keep up with my roots, I have them sprinkled all over - and I am too young for that look!
