Happy Mother's Day to all of those of you who are Mother's. I know that this day is bitter sweet for some and just want you to know that if you are one of those people, you are in my prayers today. If you are a Mother who isn't able to be with your child(ren) today, whether that's because of distance or loss or a difficult relationship, you are in my prayers. If you are a Mother who is not recognized as such by most people because you made the hardest choice in the world to give your child a better life than you thought you could or because God called your child home before they were welcomed properly into our world, you are in my prayers. If you are are child who cannot be with your Mom because of distance, loss or a difficult relationship, you are in my prayers.
If you don't fit any of these situations, hug your Mother and/or child(re) a little tighter today and remember those that hurt today from the pain of a whole in their hearts. Please be sure to let your mom's know how much you truly love and appreciate them today!! Don't waste this opportunity because tomorrow is simply not promised to us.
For my mom I have printed the silhouettes that I share a bit back. I created a video slide show which I'll post here. And I'm writing a very heartfelt letter, that I may share...later this week. No promises though.

ReplyDeleteYou have so many wonderful pictures of your mom, especially with the boys. Makes me realize how few pics I have of my mom with my girls. What an amazing slideshow...brought tears to my eyes. Can't wait to hear how much you mom loves it. Happy Mother's day.
