KING JULIEN FROM “MADAGASCAR LIVE!” VISITS peggy noteBAERT nature museum FOR SPECIAL SNEAK PEEK

Who:                   The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, DreamWorks Theatricals and Broadway Across America....   

What:                  invite kids and families to enjoy a special mini-performance and meet-and-greet with King Julien, the King of the Lemurs from the brand-new family musical “MADAGASCAR LIVE!” coming to Chicagoland in March. As the urban gateway to nature and science, the Nature Museum is excited to officially welcome King Julien and his friends to Chicago. 

King Julien will teach kids the moves to his popular dance, “Move It, Move It,” while sharing the importance of being physically active. He’ll also share fun facts about his fellow animal friends including Gloria the Hippo, Alex the Lion, and more!

King Julien will take photos with his young fans and sign autographs. Every kid will be provided a “MADAGASCAR LIVE!” coloring sheet and pair of free lemur glasses, and all guests are invited to stay and enjoy the Nature Museum for the day.

       When:                 Thursday, Feb. 17 from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.

       Where:                Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, 2430 North Cannon Drive
2430 North Cannon Drive, just off Lake Shore Drive at Fullerton in Lincoln
Street parking is available for those attending the performance and Museum guests.
